These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.jcuid.com and related inquiry channels operated by Guangzhou Jcuid Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jcuid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
Jcuid is a manufacturer and supplier of electrical and transformer accessories, including RTD temperature sensors, transformer breathers, copper lugs and crimp terminals.
You may use this website to learn about our products and send business inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false, unlawful, or harmful information. Product images, specifications and descriptions are provided for reference and may be updated without notice.
Information published on this website does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, lead times, MOQ, packaging and certifications are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by Jcuid.
An order becomes binding after we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, after receipt of the agreed deposit or payment. Customized products may require drawings, samples or technical confirmation before production.
Dimensions, materials, ratings and accessories can be customized. It is your responsibility to confirm that the selected specification is suitable for your application, installation standard and local regulations. We may request additional technical data to recommend a suitable solution, but the final selection remains your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are in the currency specified in the quotation and exclude taxes, duties, bank charges and destination fees. Payment terms (such as T/T, deposit and balance) are those stated in the quotation or contract. Production or shipment may be held until payment conditions are met.
Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in the quotation (for example FOB, CIF or EXW). Risk of loss or damage transfers according to those terms. Any delivery date is an estimate and may change due to production, inspection, logistics or force majeure. Title to goods remains with Jcuid until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
Please inspect goods upon receipt and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage or obvious defect within 7 days of delivery. Jcuid warrants that products will materially conform to the confirmed specification under normal use for the warranty period stated in the quotation or, if none is stated, 12 months from shipment.
The warranty does not cover wear parts, improper installation, overload, unauthorized modification, or use outside the stated operating conditions. Returns of standard items require prior written approval. Custom-made or cut-to-length items are generally non-returnable unless they do not conform to the confirmed specification.
All website content, product names, photographs, drawings and documentation remain the property of Jcuid or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for reasonable evaluation of a potential purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jcuid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, production downtime or data. Our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the products giving rise to the claim, except in cases of fraud or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Personal and company information submitted through inquiry forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to send the inquiry.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government actions, labor disputes, power or logistics interruptions, and shortages of raw materials.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Guangzhou, China, unless another dispute-resolution method is agreed in a written contract.
